How to connect
- Sign in to Reclaim at app.reclaim.ai with your Microsoft 365 account.
- Approve the requested Microsoft Graph permissions for Calendars and free/busy.
- Pick the primary Outlook calendar Reclaim should plan and write to by default.
- Open Settings → Calendars to add additional Microsoft accounts.
- Set sync rules per calendar (work, personal, shared) so private events stay private.
Reclaim requests least-privilege Microsoft Graph scopes. Microsoft 365 tenant admins can pre-approve Reclaim for the whole tenant from the Azure portal so end users connect with a single click.
