Outlook Calendar

Full Microsoft 365 support. Real-time two-way sync with Outlook so Reclaim can plan, write back, and protect time inside the calendar your organization already runs on.

About

Microsoft 365 is where most enterprises run their calendar, and Reclaim treats Outlook as a first-class home. Focus Time, Habits, Smart Meetings, and Tasks write back as real Outlook events with full fidelity, including Teams links, categories, and free/busy status.

Connect work and personal Microsoft accounts together. Personal events sync into your work Outlook calendar as private "Busy" blocks, so Reclaim can plan around your real week without exposing the details to anyone else in the tenant.

Top Benefits

  • Two-way sync, no plugin layer: Reclaim reads, writes, and protects events directly in Outlook in real time.
  • Microsoft 365 first-class: Shared mailboxes, delegated calendars, and Microsoft Teams meetings all supported.
  • Native Outlook events: Categories, Teams links, and free/busy fidelity stay intact on every Reclaim-created event.
  • Multi-account without leaks: Personal calendars sync as private "Busy" blocks across tenants. The details stay yours.

What you can do

  • Connect Microsoft 365, Outlook.com, and Exchange-backed accounts
  • Sync events in both directions, in real time, with no nightly batch
  • See Reclaim's Focus Time, Habits, and Tasks as native Outlook events
  • Auto-schedule Smart Meetings with Outlook attendees and Microsoft Teams links
  • Sync personal calendars into work calendars as private "Busy" blocks
  • Respect Outlook categories and color conventions on Reclaim-created events
  • Use shared mailboxes and delegated calendars as scheduling sources
  • Plan across multiple Microsoft accounts in one operation

How to connect

  1. Sign in to Reclaim at app.reclaim.ai with your Microsoft 365 account.
  2. Approve the requested Microsoft Graph permissions for Calendars and free/busy.
  3. Pick the primary Outlook calendar Reclaim should plan and write to by default.
  4. Open SettingsCalendars to add additional Microsoft accounts.
  5. Set sync rules per calendar (work, personal, shared) so private events stay private.

Reclaim requests least-privilege Microsoft Graph scopes. Microsoft 365 tenant admins can pre-approve Reclaim for the whole tenant from the Azure portal so end users connect with a single click.
