About
Todoist is where personal projects live. Reclaim is where they get time. Connect them and Todoist tasks turn into calendar blocks defended against meetings, so to-dos don't pile up at the end of the day.
Reclaim uses simple time estimates (or defaults to one-hour blocks) to size each task, schedules by priority, and keeps task blocks flexible as your week changes.
Top Benefits
- A finishable week: Today's Todoist list becomes today's schedule, with priorities and deadlines respected.
- One-hour default, or your own estimate: Reclaim sizes each block from your Todoist estimate, or defaults to a one-hour block when none is set.
- Scheduled before due dates: Reclaim works backward from your Todoist due dates so the work actually fits before things slip.
- Defend across the team: Assign Todoist tasks and Reclaim blocks the time on teammates' calendars too.
