Google Calendar

The calendar Reclaim runs on. Real-time two-way sync with Google Calendar so every focus block, meeting, and habit lives where your team already plans.

About

Reclaim is built on Google Calendar. It reads, writes, and protects events directly there, with no plugin layer between Reclaim and your day. Focus Time, Habits, Smart Meetings, and Tasks all appear as real Google Calendar events with full fidelity.

Connect one Google account or several. Personal events from a second Google account show up as private "Busy" blocks on your work calendar without leaking details, so Reclaim can plan around your real week without exposing it.

Top Benefits

  • Two-way sync, no plugin layer: Reclaim reads, writes, and protects events directly in Google Calendar in real time.
  • Native Google events: Focus blocks, Habits, and Smart Meetings appear as real Google Calendar events with full fidelity.
  • Multi-account without leaks: Personal calendars sync as private "Busy" blocks across accounts. The details stay yours.
  • Smart Meetings with Google Meet: Auto-scheduled meetings get Google Meet links and Workspace attendees baked in.

What you can do

  • Connect one or more Google Calendar accounts (work, personal, shared)
  • Sync events in both directions, in real time, with no nightly batch
  • See Reclaim's Focus Time, Habits, and Tasks as native Google events
  • Auto-schedule Smart Meetings with Google attendees and Google Meet links
  • Sync personal calendars into work calendars as private "Busy" blocks
  • Color-code Reclaim blocks to match your Google Calendar conventions
  • Use Google Workspace shared and team calendars as scheduling sources
  • Block time across multiple accounts in one operation

How to connect

  1. Sign in to Reclaim at app.reclaim.ai with your Google account.
  2. Approve the requested Google Calendar permissions (read, write, and event details).
  3. Pick the primary Google calendar Reclaim should plan and write to by default.
  4. Open Settings → Calendars to add additional Google accounts.
  5. Set sync rules for each calendar (work, personal, shared) so Reclaim respects what's private.

Reclaim requests least-privilege OAuth scopes. Google Workspace admins can pre-approve Reclaim for the whole organization from the Google Admin Console.
