Asana

Turn Asana project tasks into protected calendar time. Reclaim syncs your Asana tasks, blocks time before due dates, and schedules them by priority.

About

Asana is where your team plans the project. Reclaim is where the work actually gets time on the calendar. Connect them, and assigned Asana tasks show up as protected work sessions instead of staying buried in a project list.

Reclaim uses Asana priorities and due dates to schedule the most important work first, uses task estimates to size each block, and keeps task time flexible when new meetings appear.

Top Benefits

  • 5.7 more hours of task time, every week: Reclaim users defend an extra 5.7 hours per week for productive task work on average.
  • Hit more of what you planned: Only 51.9% of weekly planned Asana tasks actually get done. Reclaim teams see 12.1% better capacity planning.
  • Priorities and estimates drive the schedule: Asana priorities decide what gets time first. Asana estimates decide how much.
  • Defend across the team: Assign Asana tasks and Reclaim blocks the time on teammates' calendars too.
