We’re looking for a hands-on, scrappy Head of Growth to help us in bringing Reclaim to millions of busy professionals. You’ll be responsible for defining our growth strategy — including SEO, messaging, outbound and retargeting campaigns, and content marketing. You’ll also be on point for maintaining our core product and user analytics, researching and defining our North Star metric, and reporting on AARRR. The ideal candidate has a strategic mindset around growth, building a repeatable and measurable set of tactics to execute against, but isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves and get the work done. You’ll be building the foundation of Reclaim’s bottoms-up GTM strategy, and will need to be the “doer” as well as the “visionary”. Coding and/or database skills a major plus.
Define and lead all growth efforts at Reclaim, including management of a budget and potential contractors and/or hires
Create a core set of goals, tactics, and metrics for growth at Reclaim
Implement tactics via automation, hands-on development, and data-driven measurement
Drive increased adoption and virality from existing users / teams as well as increased acquisition of new leads
Work with engineering to measure and analyze product feature adoption and virality
Define SEO and content strategy as well as retargeting campaigns
Occasionally work on site messaging and campaign content
3-5+ years of experience in product marketing, growth engineering, and/or SEO
Ability to work and adapt in a fast-paced, high-change environment
Deep familiarity with email and chat automation tools (Intercom, Mailchimp, Hubspot, etc.)
Expertise working with user analytics and event management platforms (Mixpanel, Amplitude, Google Analytics, Segment etc.)
Ability to clean, manage and work with raw structured data in Postgres
Experience with SEO analysis tooling and platforms (Ahrefs, Moz, Google Search Console, etc.)
A track record of shipping high-quality, frequent tactics that drive breakout growth
Ability to communicate key product metrics, progress against campaign goals, and AARRR trends
Bonus: lightweight coding skills and/or database management skills
